F2S Troubleshooting

Problem:

Machine won't run when I press Start

Solution:

Check to if the red emergency light is on and the button is pressed down. If so, twist the button counter-clockwise to release the button.

Problem:

Film bags are not sealing properly

Solution:

A - Check temperature settings to make sure it is the right setting for type of film used.

B - Teflon belt may need to be replaced.

C - Remove cover and make sure sealing mechanism is free of debris and/or loose plastic.

Problem:

Bags caught in the sealing mechanism

Solution:

A - Pull out the film that was caught in the sealing mechanism and tear the pieces that was affected, re-insert the film and press start.

B - Blade need to be changed.

Problem:

Machine constantly starts and stops

Solution:

Check the film and make sure that it is not blocking the sensor.

Error 3 Message
